Landscape Photography

I love big sky country.

Yellowstone National Park

I have been so lucky to visit our nation’s first national park three times now. It’s like another world. From the blasting geysers to the stinky, bubbling mud pots and spectacular waterfalls, it is truly amazing landscape.

The bison and elk are plentiful, while the wolves and bears are a more special and rare sight.

The photos you see here are from Grand Prismatic Hot Spring, Mammoth Hot Springs, Lake Yellowstone, and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.

Snowy Range Mountains

Just 45 minutes from Laramie, Wyoming, is our local Snowy Range Mountains. They are just as pristine and striking as the more famous mountain ranges in the state.

Vedauwoo

Vedauwoo is a local rock climbing area, just 15 minutes from Laramie. See some Vedauwoo views below.

Wildflowers of the West

I really need to buy myself a wildflower identification book.

Arches National Park

We traveled to Arches NP in June 2015. The number of arches is just astounding. Such a beautiful landscape.
